in my admin to try get a multi zone shipping module working. In the end I gave up and want to change the zones back. Is there a file I can overwrite to get it back to how it was?

Scratch that - I just relised the paypal payment module has its own email, which was the same...therefore the problem lies elsewhere. Any ideas?
