I suggest you test it for yourself directly, and take action according to what you discover. If there's no problem then you don't need to do anything.
I do, regularly.
And sometimes they actually make changes just because Zen Cart asks.

I'm well aware of what PayPal shows on *their* pages.
But that's completely separate from the data that they accept when submitting transactions to them for your orders.
It's always been like...
PayPal only allows the shipping address to be submitted with the transaction.
