ok because the only module i know of that seems to cause problems is the tax exemption module... you might want to check your database... you are looking for zen_configuration and the structure...

I would think that it would be the same type of setup, under customers, just like the invoicing option or the tax exempt option... where you have a dropdown box for the customer.
