Yes, that way the info will still be hidden on small (phone) screens. If you remove all the hidden tags, info will be shown at all times

It's not a bug, depending on the screen width certain information is not displayed, and IMHO it was done a bit to aggressive.
opening YOUR_ADMIN\category_product_listing.php in a text-editor, and...
