lost here - worked great for 3 years, then they moved the servers

turned it off, and i can access the file directly, but no through the download link that used to work -

will this be correct if download is by redirect? i had to restore, so this may no belong -

have the same problem - downloads used to work, but stopped - i see green, have changed/tried the redirect and streaming suggestions but still get a " could not be saved, because the source file...

i have the same question, but i cannot find the answer in the posting...please help

i have created all of the templates, but cannot see any sideboxes; tried dropping in the config info, but it is not happening

i have copied all of my active zen cart files to a test folder, altered the appropriate config to point in to the test folder, and installed this mod. using my redirects i can get the pages to come...

the faq module was causing the problem - uninstalled it:clap:

did the php my admin thing and removed them manually; will do fresh install; thanks for your guidance

i can see that the uninstall did not remove the configuration group from the database, but i would rather have the uninstall sql do it than remove them manually - i do not know if there are other...

having a similar difficult time; tried to uninstall and reinstall and ended up with multiple Reward Point menu choice under admin configuration menu. I have removed all of the instlled files, but...

i was able to install and it works like it should - very nice... one problem though; in the admin / configuration menu i have two entries for the Reward Points one works, the other does not..... any...

I am using the most current Zen Cart 1.3.8, and I offer historic documents as product downloads. Each document is specific to an individual, and I have to retreive them from archives before making...

Thank you...I can see that now; it does fix it, but it tweaks the alignment in FF....now that I have some direction, I will see what I can affect...

i uploaded all file in the add on pack to the admin folder as it was packaged, as instructed); i even downloaded and installed the previos version, and then the newest version thinking that i had...
