Same problem. 1.38a, all patches. I need to run a free shipping sale for the following criteria:

1 set zone (10 provinces)
Order total above $99
Order weight below 50 lbs.

I get the feeling...

ya i did that and i had that problem. do a search for "can't make changes to admin".

Service has been awesome. Todd has helped me out a ton and Radhika in support has even helped me solve some issues that were really more issues in my config of Zen Cart than they were Beanstream...

OK. FYI, found the problem. I had a registry mod installed and the registry was signing people up for accounts but not adding a billing or shipping address.

I have the same problem as cablesimple... 1.3.8a... www.kmstools.com and I can't duplicate the problem =(

It looks like a couple seperate problems. sometimes I get the order but with no credit...

Zen Cart 1.3.8a. Getting orders with no shipping address, no tax, and the highest ship rate (international) being charged for domestic orders. :(
