Thanks for the info Anne, it turned out to be the 2 css style sheets (ie6.css and ie8.css) that came with the 1.1 theme files, they just needed to be put in the css folder and bingo, it works fine,...

Have reinstalled the template and the zencart software and still no luck, plus I have see other sites in the thread with the same problem, if any one could help, that would be great.
