I had the same problem, when you try to add a new category and after filling out the category name and clicking the Save button and it would take you to the admin/index.php page instead of back to...

Where exactly do you set the "max box weight"?

I can't find it in the shipping modules admin or the admin's product page. Do I need to edit the .php files?
