I am having trouble getting the header to show up in my Welcome e-mail. Here's what I have done so far:

*uploaded header.jpg to email/
*I'm able to view new header in admin e-mail welcome...

No error log files. Just: htaccess, index.php, and sess_o0lh7m5m2clitu8unpj382cht5 from Oct. 2010.

When I click on page 4, there's just a 0 in the upper left hand corner.

I was able to change the name of pages 2 and 3 successfully under the More Information tab. Unfortunately, when I changed the name of page 4 I made an error which I cannot seem to identify.
