I just did it as a guest and used shipping estimator, since i couldn't get to second page in the cart unless i used a registered name.

Shipping estimator only listed flat rate of 8.95 and store...

hmm i did the same thing and it didn't update to 4.90. Wierd.

There are two priority mail flat rates. 1 is 1 pound flat rate which is 4.60 the second one is up to something like 50 pounds at...

4.60 is priority mail 1 pound package. IF it goes above 1 pound then either you pay calculated price or you should be able to select the 8.95 flat rate price.

That 4.60 price is a flat rate...

No i'm not. Its disabled. i've tried it with and without table rates. Still shows up either way. I have been all over the manual and here on this since yesterday. Grrr

Ok i set it to zero, and it still offers that option when the weight is over 1 pound.
