I am setting up a Zen Shopping Cart. My shipping method is zone-based. However, there are only 3 default zones. Zone 1 countries US, CA ....2....3......
Can someone tell me how I can add more...

I changed from IPN to EXPRESS CHECK OUT AND IT WORKED...
I also changed the store status to ZERO as you suggested....thanks...it is all ok now...

Thank You. Yes I did and it is still not workinging. Paypal has been sending me instructions about generating buttons and various methods of accepting payments online. I don't want that....

I would like to add that I have set up the PAYPAL IPN just as how I have done in the past....:clap:
