I'm having a CSS issue between IE & FireFox.
On products that have additional attributes, i'm getting large gaps and spaces in Internet Explorer. Looking at the same product in FireFox...

I am also after something like. This way the customer knows exactly what the shipping will cost - before they add to cart, then go to the check out screen.

Is there a way to do the above, but with a Button?

ie. next to the coupon field there is a "redeem" or similar button that does the same thing as hitting enter.
