Found my own answer - In config-->minimum values set the "company name" variable to 0 characters.

I'm also having the same issue with the Company Name field being required when it doesn't have a * next to it. Anyone have any ideas?

The Ultimate SEO URLs use apache specific functions so it cannot be used with IIS without some major modification and some specialized add-ons for the server I do believe.
