Product name still disappearing!

OK,
I followed all three edits exactly. The product title still disappears but the product description is OK. I have all products marked "Add to Cart = N" except for product - general.

I am getting the same issue - product name disappears.
PHP version 5.2.14
ZC Version 1.3.9h
Paypal Express
Otherwise new install... mainly CSS changes - no page customizations...
