grantc, thanks for the solution it worked perfectly.
Thank you Linda for the help!
Problem solved. :smile:
Anyone have any other suggestions?
Yes, that's the first thing that I tried.
The () are still there.
This is really strange because I can type in 'title' => lkafjsdofiuj, and it won't change anything, parentheses are still there...
I've tried changing the title but it doesn't take effect? :blink:
So what do I need to change in the shipping.php file? :smile:
Thanks.
Your files were most-likely corrupted during upload.
Hi,
There are two parenthesis "()" after the shipping method on the checkout_payment page so it looks like this:
U.S. First Class Shipping (): $3.25
Where the parenthesis is, it would say...
I am attempting to build a two step checkout mod.
I be using only 2 pages
main_page=checkout & main_page=confirm
The first page will be for the user to input shipping and payment info, the...
Ohhh.. I misunderstood how this works.
It works perfectly, thanks! :clap:
Thanks for the quick response Linda... But how do I remove Canada? :lookaroun
Sorry, I have little experience with SQL.
Hello Linda,
Would you be able to post a modified version of this SQL code for rest of the world except US and Canada?
Thanks,
Meshach
Hey Steve, thanks for the quick response.
I would like to do that to enable the use of php includes which would make future modification of multiple descriptions a breeze.
Thanks for any more...
Hey guys,
I need to know how to convert category descriptions from being stored in the database to being stored in the file system.
Is there any way at all that I could do this?
Thanks.
So how would I use PHP includes in product description's (Zen Cart 1.3.8)?
Thanks. :smile:
Ah, thanks for the explanation.
On my way to being totally zenned! :smartalec:
Would someone explain this line to me?
Version: $Id: index.php 2942 2006-02-02 04:41:23Z drbyte $
What does each part mean and when I make a module what should I put?
Thanks!
Meshach
Ok, thanks for the explanation/help, Kuroi and DrByte.
I will be reading up on all the add-on creation information before making/extending any more add-ons.
Thanks!
I modified Kuroi's CSS one to include JavaScript files also.
I would have just released it as an update to his CSS one but I don't know if you're allowed to do that?
Thanks for your patience...
Oops!
I didn't realize the add-on would take days to approve on average so I posted a support thread for it before submitting it. (I don't know what I was thinking by not giving a description)....
If you have any questions about this add-on ask them here and I'll try to help out.
Sorry for copying all that code, that was stupid of me. :blush:
Would you help me figure it out if I send you the code?
If we can get this figured out for a default install of Zen Cart 1.3.8a...
Hello, is there a way of doing this in Zen Cart 1.3.8? The code your say to replace is different in Zen Cart 1.3.8.
Thanks much.
Meshach
It's working great. :smile:
Thanks for this addon!
It seems the site runs faster, possibly just psychological though. :P
Nevermind I decided to just upload it to the server.
Hello.
I've got lots and lots of products to input manually and have someone else to help me on a different computer. What I'm trying to do is host the website with my exteral IP address, that's...
Ok, here is what I'm trying to do.
I want to display all message stacks at the top of the page.
Thanks for any help.
@mike177:
You might try posting a job in the Commercial Help Wanted section.
Well, I'll add AJAX to my list of things to learn.
Thanks. :smile:
Hello Everyone.
I was wondering if there is a way to display an error without reloading the page?
So lets say someone types there email or password in wrong, a box appears rather than...
Perhaps you could post the code you're using for us to look at?
Hello Schtoo, welcome to the Zen Cart forums.
Are you aware of the Easy Populate section in the admin?
Admin>Tools>Easy Populate
You will need Easy Populate installed on your live site as...
This is about the best addon I've found for Zen Cart.
Thanks!
This thread is a little old but I just wanted to say... Thanks! it works great, I had this exact same problem. The Zen-Cart forum rules!
I figured that's what it was I just wanted to make absolute sure.
Thanks guys for the quick answer, that's what I love about this forum.
Hello, wondering if anyone can tell me what this little snippet of code does?
From the file: includes/templates/[templatename]/common/tp_main_page.php
<?php if ($messageStack->size('upload')...
Wow! Just what I was looking for! Awesome! :clap:
You only need to use cURL if you're going to use SSL and since you're on a localhost you don't need SSL. :smile:
Ahh..
I see.
Try putting clear:left; on the banner.
Try putting margin-left:50px; on the banner div. (In your IE only stylesheet).
When developing I usually make a separate stylesheet(s) for IE.
So if you want to target IE6 only you would use this:
<!--[if lt IE 7]><link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" src="ie6.css"...
Try clearing your cache.
On firefox: tools>clear private data
Try WAMP, it is very easy to use and install.
Is it possible to do this?
Thanks,
I want to enter this code:
<?php
if(preg_match("/MSIE 6.0/i", $_SERVER['HTTP_USER_AGENT'])) {
echo "You are using IE6, Please upgrade to Firefox 3.0";
}
?>
in the live help sidebox of...
I tried putting PHP in to sideboxes but it won't work... Any idea of what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks,
Try reuploading the image/imageset.
This issue has been resolved.
Thanks again to Mike(Barco57) with Camelot-Hosting who worked quickly to get this problem fixed.
Thanks again!
Meshach
It's showing up here... FF3
Only thing is it's distorted and it only shows about 1 quarter of the button.
