Fixed..we just replaced the (tpl_account_history_info_default.php) file, the details its show up. ( includes/templates/responsive_classic/templates)

Thanks..once i change the code, it's stop show error on the logs folder, but on the Front-end not showing up the (Track order), also i check the layout box controller, the tracking_order.php...
