With all these errors my thoughts now are to get my data into an ordinary database without the light box sql patch and then start again, get everything working in an older version and do an upgrade....

yes zen lightbox has a pretty complicated sql patch which does a lot of mods to the database.
so not sure how to proceed, start again from scratch or try the sql patch after making a backup of...

yes there are a few log files, here are some. i think the old site must of had zen lightbox installed, 1 error is undefined constant 'datatablecontent' causing an error;
