Have a look in "referrals" rather than "referral sources".
"referral sources" seems to be for the original zencart referral code module.

Have installed this, but am now getting the following message:

Both other side banner boxes have random photos flashing up in them, so I am trying to use the "banner box all" to show a sponsor's banner with a link.

Thats a weird one hey - problem was on line 2 of index.php.
I deleted anything after line 1 by hitting delete, tried it and it gave a different error, so changed it back, and now it works...

That was the first thing I did. It's still blank (ie: '') and still there's a "best way" on everything from shipping estimator to invoice!

Weird one - i am in australia, and the last thread about this topic "merchant country unsupported" says that only the us can accept credit cards through paypal.
I get this message when i use my visa...
