Well, it looks like Microsoft was buggering the file somehow. I worked on it in Dreamweaver and uploaded it with SmartFTP and now... it works. I hate Microsoft.

Well I got the colors fixed at least, but modifying that single file -- includes/languages/english/wzfelt/index.php -- to remove the 'Congrats' line (even in the manner indicated in the FAQ) results...
