One minor error in the answer. Instead of placing a copy of information.php into the /includes/modules/sideboxes/your_template_dir/sideboxes/ directory, (which didn't work)...

How can I remove the "Gift Certificate FAQ" located in the Information Sidebox? I've looked all through the admin and have not been able to remove it.

The way I've done it, was to install Easy populate (http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=190417) and then paste the data from my spreadsheet into the one generated by easy Populate.

Short answer, Yes. You will need to install XAMPP (thats what I used). Put your files in the c:\xampp\htdocs and go for it.

I would put the manufacturer at the top level, followed by the model, then the year, and then product type (lever) with the colors and such as attributes.

When you download it from his site (version 4.0 beta), the download includes an extra file for 1.5 I downloaded it last week and it installed perfectly on my 1.5 development platform. Nice app.

I'm fairly new to this myself, but ezpopulate installed just fine first time for me. You might try to re-installe it. I've read that some files can get corrupted on aFTP upload.

I am looking at writing an admin module and have not been able to figure out how to make the link into Admin->Tools->My Module. My knowledge of the ZC code structure is very limited.

Go with 1.5 and add the modules you want as they come available.

Don't hesitate to ask the authors if the module is compatible or about when the update will be available.

Just my 2 cents...

I finally have ZenCart up and running on my home linux server. It turns out that all of my problems were in linux.
