Not sure what caused this issue, but I did copy some tables from another DB located on one of mye other stores. So the only thing I can think of was that I had imported more into this database...

problems solved.. Deleted the table from the database and did a fresh install.. Everything seems ok!

I opened the en.js file and edited this CKEDITOR.lang.en to CKEDITOR.lang.no
Also I renamed the en.js file to no.js
