Search:

Do you generate a debug log in:
/cache

when you trigger the problem?

If so, open the debug log and show us what the error is ...

You would look in the /cache directory and see if you have *any* debug logs ... you should not have *any* debug logs if things are working ...

Trigger the error, refresh you FTP to the /cache and...

What debug are showing in the /cache when you go to that URL ... :unsure:
