That did it. I replaced all file mentioned and we are back up and working. I do appreciate the help. That saved me a LOT of time and frustration.

Yes, I switched back to classic and tried, same problem. I think it might have something to do with the create_account file, but I don't have a clue as the error logger, did not log any error.
