Is it possible to point to ONE location where we might find a working copy of this mod.

The plugins say 3.2 loaded 5 years ago. Github has three versions including a 4.0 version from 8 years ago....

Again, think of the mod as having certain elements that may well have been moved into the core in 155 or especially 156. It may just be that new functionality in some other area...
