Ok, I tried the other two machines and now I can get all the way through checkout - no cookie message. So, is this Force cookie usage setting = false ok to use? Everyone and their brother says it...
OMG, I turned Force Cookie Usage to False and it worked on one laptop. I'm now running to my two other machines to try it there. I will let you know as soon as I test them as well.
