You have a choice ...

You can use the default pattern of:

/images
/images/medium
/images/large

Or, if you like, you can make your own directories based on your image sorting needs and use...

Note: the pattern is ...

/images (You'd see Main Directory in the dropdown)
/images/medium
/images/large

/images/somedirectory (You'd see somedirectory in the dropdown)...

You should have in the dropdown: Main Directory

This is referring to the /images directory

Note: you also are using spaces in your image filename ...

This is not a good idea on images or filenames etc. as it can cause unexpected issues on the code ...

Only the base image in the products table is added via the Admin ...

All other images for the Product are added via FTP to the proper directories and are auto located based on the base image for...

You will want to read up on the Zen Cart Product Images in the FAQs or as a convenient search try looking for fred.jpg

The Admin has you add the Products base image name (small image) ... from...
