to be more specific, my problem is that after you type in the funds to apply, it still asks for credit card information If you submit valid cc info, it moves to step 3 where it shows a zero balance...

Well, i didnt realize it, but even though i got those weird messages, it was updating the database from old to current version, one by one. Now they are all up to date and no more patch upgrade...

After backing up, I did hit the upgrade database button. But then I got this weird message, after the page quickly loaded:
