Has anyone found a resolution to this? I have tried every setting and nothing gets me close to what it should be. I have set the package tare to 0 and set UPS to COM and am still 20% too high.

What make you say that main product image is not being cached by IH2? It looks like it is to me. Perhaps you got the cached version from before.

I have set Google analytics module to use ga.js instead of asynchronous and the main product image now uses the correct code. So, everything is installed correctly. I have triple checked every file....

I did rename them both. I still have the second problem. Can someone LOOK and see if there is a JS issue?

I upgraded to the latest version and that seemed to fix the problem. Nut now when I click on the product image, I get the popup window but no image.

The JS file works fine with Chrome, I haven't had a chance to load Safari on this machine yet. Turning off CSS/JS Loader did not help.

I have a problem with "onmouseover" not working on my "new products" and "specials" sideboxes on the product detail...

I have the a similar problem. I need the search results to return keyword matches that are found in the product title first, then matches in the product description next. I would think that matches...

It probably is the number of child categories. Perhaps I will get rid of the "tractor parts" category and move all the child categories up to the top level. Thanks for the quick responses.
