I figured this out. I was basically inserting the wrong id values into the product_type field in the products table. This was setting the incorrect URL.

Thanks, I checked the permissions on the folder and there correct.. but I still seem to be getting the above error when trying to upload a picture with a product.

I'm basically trying to send a load of parameters into the product.php page and pre populate all the textfields like product name, product description and so on with the sent values.

Nah.. that just adjusts the green bar ... not the white gap I'm trying to fix between that and the image.

I did indeed... it just changed the difference between the image and the page content... not the gap between the image and the top nav.
Its a little strange, I even positioned the image to...
I'm just thinking... would it be something to do with the nav instead. :dontgetit
That didnt do the trick I'm afraid. It just seemed to pust the content further down from the header.
