How do I setup Zen Cart to NOT allow double discounts when my entire store is 15% off and someone enters a coupon for 10% off?

Actually I didn't check r1b8x7... but I was more concerned with the USPS than UPS since it was so much cheaper. That update fixed my issue. :smile:

When ever an international customer enters their info and signs up for an account... they are sad when they hit the "estimate shipping" button only to see a shipping estimate of over $100 for UPS...

I asked... the post office said anything under like 100lbs or whatever is machineable. So I'm just using machineable rates.
