i'll try to talk to the technician again ... but doubt that he will admit the errror is on his side :down:
anyways there are more options for the email sending...

:down: well i've phoned the technician to but he sais if its not in the spamfolder the problem has to be with the host... => host sais => office server

Ure mailserver of compagny.lu is set to <IP>. This DNS settings are not set...

i can try that but wouldnt the server show this in there spam folder in this case the office server isnt even showing an email ... like it has never been send to the server :'(

none of the 12 test emails arrived to the office server :down:
and none of them are in the spam folder

how can i check this?
but the server is letting other site emails trough i dont know if those are anonymous or not..

i think this is a verry rare problem (or not :) ) but i'm having problems sending emails to the e-mail server of the office, emails are arriving to hotmail but dont seem to arrive into the office...
