Log into your stores admin area and in the Zen Cart admin select Catalog > Categories/Products from the menu across the top. A list of the categories you have should appear including the one you want...

Just to make sure we know what you mean, from your website (it's ok to post URLs here by the way) you have a number of categories such as Diamond Band - Diamond Cut Band etc. with sub categories...

Do you mean on a product listing page? Does this mean you have installed the column layout grid mod?

If you could post a URL, it would be a great help.
