I have updated Check/Money Order and it shows as active. Now you have an option when you check out.
PayPal is installed and working fine.

My only problem...

Check/Money Order Status is GREEN dot. When click on EDIT it open the window on the right:

Payment Zone: NONE
Set Order Status: Pending
Sort Order: 50
Make Payable to: the Store Owner/Website...

I think I got it. I had to change my Zone Definition Detail to Illinois and that did the trick.

Looks like there isn't an option for Drop Ship, There is not a way to tell the script which item to send the purchase confirmation to the specific e-mail. It's all or none
