Got it. I ended up re uploading the zc installer folder, seemed to fix everything.

Hold on a minute, I tried again:

/home/engravee/public_html/istore

and got back:

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /istore/zc_install/index.php could...

no luck... I tried:
/home/engrave/public_html/istore/
and
/home/engrave/public_html/istore
and
home/engrave/public_html/istore
