When you log into your account, do you see "web hosting"? and after clicking on that, a spot that says "manage"(for the site in question) and then under "tools" there should be the "FTP file...
I haven't had a Godaddy account for years. I do have a client that uses them still and I have their login information, I will contact them now to see if I can get permission to access it again just...
