Yes, I've logged on and off and also have opened a new browser on a separate computer and it still shows every page with the same text at the top.
I don't know if this is a bug or not... but all pages in my admin 1.5.4 now display "Enabled Responsive Sheffield Blue Configuration Menu." as a green note at the top of each page.
