Its because they upgraded to mysql 5 and you are most likely on zencart 1.2 or earlier.

Unfortunately, I dont yet have a list of patches for you, as Im trying to fix the same thing.

This issue still exists in the 1302-to-135.sql file for the query_builder fields.
