You have an interesting suggestion but I am charging $5/8 for the first product in the category and then $1 for each additional one so I am not sure if your suggestion will work.

So the price of a product for an order is stored on the order level/table and will never change even if the price of the product has been changed?

My products actually weigh the same and I am charging flat shipping fee.

The real difference is that some products are prescription and others are over the counter so they are easier to process. ...

Be careful with the products that PayPal does not allow. They will permanently close your account if they do not like what you are doing/selling. Check with them first.

I looked at Super Orders and it looks like a very complicated mod just to print the label. Is there any others?

From what i have seen zencart newsletter is built into the website that you build with zencart package. I hope this helps.
