Just for those who might find this thread. The addon "Recover Cart Sales" works fine to find out what your customers purchased. Also, it works fine on 1.3.8a, even though it says for 1.3.7

FYI, the version of Easy Populate for OSC, will not work with Zen. You need to get the version written for Zen Cart.

There isn't a limit to the size of the additonal image you use. Instead of using a thumbnail, just use your full size image in place of it.

Just a note, when creating a template, you only upload the files that you have changed, no more. So your first upload will only be:

/your_template
/your_template/template_info.php...

You can design in Dreamweaver, if you have a newer version that understands PHP. I wouldn't let Frontpage come within 10 miles of my Zen Templates, it has a habit of adding it's own crap.

Actually it is a problem with the image contrib. It is not creating the large or the medium images. You may want to re-check the installation of the contrib.
