The google checkout button only appears on the first screen for me too. It does not show up under the payment options.

I installed this on 1.3.6 and no new fields have been added. When I go to Reports--->Products Profit I get FILE NOT FOUND for this file:
admin/FILENAME_STATS_PRODUCTS_PROFIT.php -
