Ah - fixed mine. I just had the rates messed up - seems to be working fine.

That sounds promising - but where do I do it? I turned on the "more information" box and it did show up. But now I have 2 menus, Information and More Information - so I would like to combine them. ...

So there is something not working... I am trying this from Italy (but in English of course), but I have had people test it from the US with the same...
