Actually it still says $130.97 when listed in Categories / Products but is fine in shop front. Where can I set the default currency to 1.0000?

which gave me the 130.97 then I made a new tax...
I have just installed and inserted my first product for sale at $100 but when I check the shopfront it is displayed as $130.97.
