Well, i went ahead and installed Wamp Server 2.0h... seems to be working a little better...

however, when i click on myphpadmin it tells me this:
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access...

any idea if Wamp Server 2.0 has a problem with SQL server of some sort? i can't seem to get anywhere in Wamp, because my SQL server is not matching up with it...

OK, i think my problem is that my WAMP is not set up properly... when i finaly got to Wamp Local Server (by going to http://127.0.0.1/) and browed to Instalation for ZenCart here is what i got:

After doing a bit more reading, i went ahead and set up tax zone and tax rate for my state, however i don't see a way to tax people based on country....

is there a way to have a different tax...

So, in more detail here is what i am trying to do:

County tax on sales to people within the county (which is 0.25 mroe then that of the state tax)

State tax on sales to people within the state...

I think i would like to set up taxes to the people who purchase and live within my state... how would i go about it in ZenCart...

On a side note, is this a good business practice? Or should i tax...

can this be done through Admin dashboard, or do i need to make changes to the actual code?

for some reason or another my bad sublinks (as in www.DOMAIN.com/BADLINK/) get redirected to google.com... i am guessing there is a setting...

I just set up new e-mail for our shop... went into admin/confgig/email settings and changed it all in there...

I remember that when i was installing the cart, installation wizzard also asked me...

well i sort of gave up on idea of being able to use EZ pages for pop up... so i am testing it out with normal html page... however i am still having same problems with not being able to size the page...
