I want all of the boxes to dissapear, and only have text in the sidebar separated by lines, the titles of the headers must stay...

I would like to have no visual sidebar boxes, and just 1 solid line to seperate the diifferent items in the sidebar, something like this:

I've already configured the tax rates in the admin but when a customer is ordering something the tax rate isn't on the invoice.

By editing the english.php file i've managed to delete the "advanced search" function in the search sidebar. by changing this line:
