HELP!!!

My server upgraded from php 4.4.4 to php 5 and it has adversely affected my site.

When you click on any of the products, you get an error message that reads as follows...

"1054...

My computer skills are too limited for my feeble mind to be able to pull off that download and get everything set up right. I appreciate the link though!

Not to sound stupid or anything but how do I log in to cpanel? I logged in to my ZenCart E-Store admin but don't see anything that looks like it has the info I need.
