I have installed google checkout and I'm using real time shipping calculation. It shows me $1 for UPS. Any reason why ?

I installed google checkout. when I add items to the cart and go to the checkout page I select google checkout then I click continue checkout and then confirm checkout I'm redirect again to my cart...
