So the method number would be 37 and in phpmyadmin it ends at 36 under advshipper_method_manufacturers`
This could be because I was not able to select a manufacturer when I set up method #37.

It was the .htaccess file some how I replaced it with one that did not have the dot before the h. I used the file from my back up. Back up your back ups. It's great insurance.
