I need to add a snippet of code to be listed as a SafeSurf site. Where/how would you do that?

This is what they want: "The following Rating META tag should be placed directly after the <head> statement of your HTML document:"
TLC Creations
tlccreations.com

yeah that is so clear nothing in there says where it will be placed in the finished product.

Not everyone is an HTML or PHP expert.

That was the first place I went but meta_tags.php doesn't tell me WHERE to add it!

The usual metatags for title, keywords, description are handled by the meta_tags.php files.

However, if you need to hard-code additional non-standard tags to be inside the <head> tags, you'll have to manually alter your html_header.php file.

Note that stylesheets and javascript which appear in the <head> tags should follow the use of standard overrides implementation, as documented in the wiki, and should not be hard-coded in html_header.php.

I also need something similar to this for Engine Seeker.

What we are asking for is what file would we edit to add a web statistics code for a third party company to track our stats, if they need the code inserted in the landing/index/main page of the site? They specifically say to insert the code either at the beginning of the <body> tag, or end of <haed> tag, depending on how you want to look at it.

This code isn't a meta tag, it's completely separate but typically goes almost in the same place, so if we can find that then we can 'wing it' from there. It gets confusing because they give us html information that we have to apply to php pages and in my opinion if you're not terribly savvy in the area it can be tricky. If it helps at all for determining the page at all, on my phpBB I had to insert this code into my overall_header.tpl

Hope I made sense with what I was trying to say!
