    Default Having a template designed

    Hi All

I am new to Zencart so was just wondering, If i was to put all my content on, items , prices etc is it just a case of getting someone to design a proffesional template and incorporate it if I dont want to do anything

I want the site to rank in google, start to get visitors etc and then when i see things starting to work, change the defaults to something people would buy from

    cheers

    Rob

Yes, you can just use the Classic template that comes with Zen Cart and enter your store & product info to start with. A custom template will drop over this with little additional work required. You will need to copy language files where your store's text is defined into the new template, but that is trivial.
