Problem with FedEx Module

Hey Guys,

Thanks for your help in advance. I'm pretty new to this stuff, but have followed the directions pretty thoroughly.

The FedEx shipping option won't come up. In fact, no options come up (I don't have any of the other ones enabled).

Please advise.

Any other suggestions? I tried it on another site (www.fatboyamp.com/catalog/index.php) and got the same results. Someone please help!
